Shijiazhuang E-commerce Peer Exchange Conference
From October 10 to 12, 2018, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Agricultural Information Center organized a conference for exchange among e-commerce peers, which was held in the Grand Conference Room of the Oujing Hotel. More than 70 representatives from e-commerce enterprises across the surrounding counties and urban districts attended the event.

During the conference, a combination of on-site lectures and field visits was employed. Our company’s representative, Wang Feng, delivered a presentation on behalf of Huikang Foods, covering key topics such as an overview of the company, product introductions, product advantages, market conditions, and e-commerce promotion and sales strategies. He also shared best practices for addressing negative customer feedback in e-commerce operations—such as providing well-reasoned explanations and proactively resolving consumer issues—to retain existing customers while attracting new ones. By sharing these insights and methodologies, participants were empowered to optimize their own e-commerce platforms, driving continuous growth and strengthening their online businesses.
Following the conclusion of the meeting, a tour of our company was conducted, led by Assistant General Manager Bian Lixian, who guided the group through our various plant facilities, providing a comprehensive understanding of the scale and operations of our enterprise.

Subsequently, Manager Li Juqiang from the Quality Control Department led everyone on a tour of our various production workshops, including the fruit and vegetable section, the meat section, and the processing workshop, providing an in-depth overview of our product processing techniques and workflows. Following the tour, attendees were treated to a tasting of our products, which received unanimous praise. Our company was thus unanimously recognized and commended.
Following this round of communication and exchange, participants were invited to join a WeChat group to facilitate ongoing dialogue and learning, while also enabling the promotion of our company’s products. Ultimately, we will work in unison, leveraging the “Internet Plus” model to vigorously advance mass entrepreneurship and innovation, drive economic transformation and upgrading, accelerate the establishment of an open, efficient, trustworthy, and secure e-commerce development environment, and promote a shift in the mode of economic growth. As a result, e-commerce is demonstrating strong momentum for rapid development. Through the tireless efforts of all stakeholders, we aim to elevate e-commerce applications across the city—and indeed the entire province—to a leading level.
