Shijiazhuang Hui Kang Food Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 and is a national-level agricultural industrialization key leading enterprise. It is located in Zhengding Area of China (Hebei) Free Trade Zone. It is a large-scale food enterprise integrating agricultural planting and breeding, production and sales of frozen and normal-temperature ready-to-eat dishes, processing and export of quick-frozen seasoned meat and fruit and vegetable foods. It has brands such as "Yu Yan", "Jie Bai Wei", and "Yu Yan Pasture". Its products are exported to more than ten countries including Europe and East Asia.

The export business mainly focuses on exporting frozen meat and fruit and vegetable products. The annual export volume reaches 5,000 tons. Among them, the products exported to Japan have passed the strict inspection and testing of 734 items on the Japanese national approval list. The beef products are one of the enterprises with the largest domestic output for exporting to Japan, and they account for over 70% of the market share in similar products in Japan.

R&D Capabilities

HuiKang has been recognized as the “Hebei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center,” the “Hebei Provincial High-Tech Enterprise,” the “Municipal Engineering Technology Research Center,” and the “Shijiazhuang Municipal Innovation Center for Deep Processing Technologies in Fruits, Vegetables, and Meat.” HuiKang’s Food R&D Center covers nearly 2,018 square meters and boasts a research team comprising highly educated professionals in food science and nutrition, along with 56 star-rated chefs who are masters of diverse culinary traditions and flavor profiles, dedicated to achieving the ultimate taste in every dish.

Production Capacity

Hui Kang has 8 production workshops and over 10 automated production lines. Among them, the convenient dish production line is the most advanced and has the longest connection length in the domestic industry of the same type. Its production capacity is 160 tons per day and the annual output value is 4 billion yuan.

Food safety is of paramount importance! Huikang rigorously adheres to ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP quality and safety management systems. By tightly controlling every stage from the source and conducting stringent testing, we have established a fully traceable supply chain—from farm to table—ensuring consistent product quality and giving consumers greater peace of mind.

Quick-freezing technology

Wellcome is equipped with two 7-layer, multi-row reciprocating blast-freezing tunnels capable of simultaneously freezing three product batches. Each tunnel spans 156 meters and operates across a wide range of temperature settings, with operating speeds far exceeding national standards. Our cutting-edge quick-freezing technology locks in the fresh, just-cooked flavor of every dish.

It offers four major series including frozen ready-to-eat dishes, chilled ready-to-eat dishes, frozen fruits and vegetables, and frozen prepared meat, with over 200 different products in total.

The export volume of beef tendon products reached 1,200 tons, accounting for more than 35% of the Japanese market share for similar products.

The company passed the hygiene registration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.

1993

Mr. Wang Huijie, Chairman of the Company, founded Shijiazhuang Hui Kang Food Co., Ltd. The company was mainly engaged in livestock slaughtering and processing, with products sold to large and medium-sized cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Shijiazhuang.
