Wang's Store Since its inception by Wang Hebao, “Niu Tao Pi” has been passed down through five generations, spanning nearly a century. Over the years, the distinctive flavor of Wang’s “Niu Tao Pi” has not only remained true to the time-honored family recipe but has also continuously evolved in response to developments in the modern foodservice industry, resulting in a unique taste that is tender, delicious, and richly aromatic. Made from the softest cuts of beef—the chest and belly—this dish features a perfect union of skin and meat, with just the right amount of connective tissue, making it exceptionally nutritious. However, due to its intricate preparation and meticulous selection of ingredients, the traditional craftsmanship is difficult to pass on. To ensure the enduring legacy of “Wang’s Niu Tao Pi,” master craftsman Wang Huijie led a team of dozens of nutritionists in painstaking research and development, integrating modern production techniques to fully unlock and preserve the nourishing benefits of this classic dish. The result is a contemporary version of Niu Tao Pi—Gu Yan Niu Tao Pi.
