On April 28, the inaugural Copyright Ecosystem Cooperation Conference of China Media Group, themed “Inclusivity and Symbiosis, Co-creating the Future,” was held in Shanghai.

Shen Haixiong, Deputy Minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and Director-General of China Media Group, and Zhao Jiaming, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Head of the Publicity Department, attended the event and, together with Yan Xiaohong, Chairman of the China Copyright Association, and Peng Jianming, a member of the Editorial Board of China Media Group, witnessed the signing of the first batch of copyright ecosystem partnership agreements by China Media Group.
In recent years, China Media Group has intensified its efforts to develop its copyright assets, including thoroughly unlocking the value of sports-event copyrights, actively expanding opportunities for copyright collaboration on high-quality IP programs, and maximizing the dissemination impact of the Group’s premium programming in the integrated-media landscape—while also innovatively developing IP-derived products and cultural-creative merchandise. The inaugural China Media Group Copyright Ecosystem Cooperation Conference marks the launch of a new phase in the Group’s copyright ecosystem partnerships, under which it will introduce a wide array of innovative new forms and models of copyright collaboration, fostering symbiotic coexistence with all partners and jointly shaping the future.
Wang Wei, Vice Chairman of Shijiazhuang Huikang Food Co., Ltd., was invited to attend this event and took the stage at the “Initiative on the Tip of the Tongue” sub-IP of the public-service initiative “China’s Taste” to participate in the launch ceremony. This marks another collaboration between Huikang Food and CCTV’s “A Bite of China,” following last year’s appearance on CCTV-2’s program “Home for Dinner,” as the two partners work together to enhance the brand value of the GuYan pre-made meal line.

As a national-level media platform, China Media Group is a powerful, comprehensive international media powerhouse with unparalleled influence. It enjoys inherent advantages in terms of reputation and authority, market impact, and global reach, making it the premier platform for brand communication. Huikang Foods has appeared on CCTV numerous times, with the core objective being to set an exemplary standard for Chinese national brands, leverage professional media resources to enhance brand visibility, and build strong Chinese influence for its pre-made meal brand.
Guoyan Pre-made Dishes, a brand under Wellcome Foods, is among the first in China to adopt a B2C+B2B business model for pre-made meals and is committed to becoming a leader in the Chinese pre-made meal industry. In September 2022, Guoyan Pre-made Dishes was the first in China to obtain dual European certifications—BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and IFS International Food Standard—making it the country’s inaugural pre-made meal company to achieve this milestone.
Focusing on product quality and building brand trust, Guyan Pre-made Meals will continue to pursue excellence, further elevating the quality of its products and services to deliver even more premium offerings to consumers. At the same time, Guyan Pre-made Meals will deepen its collaboration with China Central Television to advance corporate brand development and enhance brand awareness and influence, jointly ushering in a new chapter for the brand.
